Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

Dainton Brewery guarantees that any goods purchased from our website are of acceptable quality. You can choose between a refund or exchange where you have received the wrong goods, or the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality or defective. 

Please contact our online customer service team via email at orders@dainton.beer to arrange an exchange or refund for the value of damaged goods within two (2) days of delivery. Dainton Brewery will require proof of purchase for any return claim to be completed. Evidence will be required to support any claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Once your items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will make every effort to process the return claim within 3 business days.
